Got Back Pain?

Published April 3rd, 2018 by Dr. Markson

You're doing your same everyday tasks and all of a sudden, you've got back pain. You, along with many others, think, "I didn't even do anything!".

What you probably don't know is that it's not always what you did five minutes ago or even five days that's causing your current problem. It's more a case of "the straw that broke the camels back"!

Discover the Cause

For some, chronic stress is what wreaks havoc on your nervous system, and will finally cause your back to "go out" or "a pain in the neck". Stress has a physical toll on the body and eventually can lead to injury. The strain of carrying the weight of all that stress is put on your neck and back.

Here is an everyday example of this to demonstrate. Let's say you go to your favorite cafe and put the purchase on your debit card. Your hard is denied, but you were certain it would go through as the purchase was a very low amount. Well, it wasn't the $5 charge at the cafe that "broke the bank", it was all the money you spent before this small purchase and because you did not properly manager your account in the first place! Now you are faced not only with the embarrassment and inconvenience of the situation, but also the overage fees!

The same concept can be applied to your health. If you ignore it, your body will find a way to let you know that you've overlooked something - and usually in a big way!
