How To Increase Your Energy Levels

Published May 2nd, 2017 by Dr. Markson

Most of us struggle from that after lunch energy slump or we hit the couch when we get home from work and never seem to bring ourselves to get off it. Chances are you need to increase your energy levels (without coffee!). Here's a few ways you can increase your energy levels:

Move more!

Get up throughout the day and move around. Stay off the couch when you get home and go straight to the gym. Run around do some jumping jacks. Do some yoga poses. Whatever movement you it!

Get healthy proteins!

I'm not saying go eat a cheeseburger! Have a small high-protein snack to boost your energy when you notice a slump coming on.

Get adjusted regularly

Chiropractic adjustments ensure that your nervous system can function optimally. This helps your energy levels live up to their full potential as well.
