Dr. Smith has lived the chiropractic lifestyle since a very young age, being introduced to it by his parents' chiropractor in Tallahassee. Upon receiving a B.S. degree in Biology from F.S.U., Dr. Smith began his chiropractic studies and with graduation from Logan College in St Louis, he ultimately achieved his goal of becoming a doctor of chiropractic. Dr. Smith uses his strong science background to encourage natural methods of achieving and maintaining overall health to his patients. This includes techniques in exercise, proper sleep and nutrition.
Dr. Smith is a board certified Chiropractic Neurologist. As in medicine and dentistry, the chiropractic profession has individual specialties. Through education, training and board certification, these doctors choose to assist other chiropractors as well as allopathic physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions. This training allows Dr. Smith to better serve his patients suffering from neurological disorders.
Dr. Smith began teaching with the Irene Gold Associates board review company while enrolled in Chiropractic College and now travels throughout the country, lecturing to hundreds of chiropractors several times a year.
