Get up throughout the day and move around. Stay off the couch when you get home and go straight to the gym. Run around do some jumping jacks. Do some yoga poses. Whatever movement you like..do it!
Get healthy proteins!
I'm not saying go eat a cheeseburger! Have a small high-protein snack to boost your energy when you notice a slump coming on.
